摘要
目的糖类抗原CA125主要在胸,腹膜、输卵管内膜、子宫内膜等多处组织中可表达。其在临床已被广泛运用于妇科肿瘤的早期诊断。但是糖类抗原CA125在男性患者中表达研究较少,本研究主要探讨CA125在男性患者中表达意义。方法本研究共检测67例男性患者血清糖类抗原CA125表达情况。结果 CA125升高男性患者中肿瘤患者所占比例约44.78%,消化道肿瘤和肺癌所占比例较高。结论如果男性患者CA125的表达明显升高,需警惕相关消化道肿瘤,肺癌等疾病可能。
Objective To investigate the value of CA125 in male patients. Mothods The level of CA125 in blood serum were measured in male patients （67 cases）. Refit/is 44.78% male patients with high level of CA125 were those patients with tumor. The high proportion of the patierts with Digestive tract tumor and lung cancer were observed. Conclusion Digestive tract tumor and lung cancer should be considered,If high level of CA125 in blood serum were measured in male patients.
