新型膨胀阻燃剂对PP的力学性能和阻燃性能影响 被引量:2

Effect of new type intumescent flame retardant on the mechanical properties and flame-retardant property of the polypropylene

摘要 在合成新型膨胀阻燃剂—三聚氰胺聚磷酸酯的基础上,采用差热分析研究了其热稳定性,通过测试拉伸实验、缺口冲击实验和燃烧试验研究了三聚氰胺聚磷酸酯对聚丙烯(PP)的力学性能和阻燃性能的影响,通过SEM分析了燃烧产物的形貌和结构。结果表明,三聚氰胺聚磷酸酯热稳定性高,对聚丙烯的力学性能没有损害,当添加量为25%时,燃烧测试阻燃性能优异,燃烧产物形貌成碳较好,包覆完整。 Base on the period results of synthesis new type intumescent flame retardant melamine polyphos-phate ester(MAPPEP),the thermal stabilization was investigated by TG and DSC.The effect of intumes-cent flame retardant on the mechanical properties and flame-retardant property of the polypropylene(PP) were investigated by tensile test,impact test and burning test.The SEM used to investigate and monitor the morphologic structural changes during thermal degradation.The result revealed intumescent flame re-tardant has good thermal stability,and 0.25MAPPEP-PP showed the excellent flame retardant performance and carbonization and the mechanical properties remain unchanged.SEM showed the morphologic structur-al of the polypropylene carbonization layer was compact and integrated for adding intumescent flame re-tardant.
