摘要
聚磷酸酯具有良好的热稳定性和优良的阻燃性能,是应用领域十分广泛的添加型阻燃剂,不产生二次污染。为了降低成本、简化合成工艺,通过改进原料和方法而合成一种聚磷酸酯阻燃剂,并采用红外光谱分析、成分分析等方法,探讨了反应温度、反应时间、引发剂等因素对聚合度的影响,确定了最佳生产条件为反应温度220℃,反应时间3 h,最适宜的配比H3PO4(85%)∶CO(NH2)2=1∶1.84。
Polyphosphate ester, with a good thermal stability and anti-combustion capability, is an additive fire retardant without any second pollution widely used in the applied field. To cut the costs and simplify the craft of synthesis, a kind of fire retardant of polyphosphate ester is synthesized with a method of improving raw materials. In this paper, the effect of temperature, time of reaction and initiator to polymerizing are studied. With IR and element analysis, the optimum production conditions are found that the respond temperature is 220℃, the respond time is 3 hours and the most suitable ratio is H3PO4(85%): CO( NH2)2=1:1.84.
