摘要
研究了添加红磷与不同粒径的无卤阻燃剂氢氧化镁后的聚丙烯的阻燃效果,工艺简单.结果表明:氢氧化镁与红磷二元复配物以及添加三氧化二锑后的三元复配物均具有较好的阻燃效果,且所使用的氢氧化镁的粒径不同,其阻燃效果也不同.纳米级氢氧化镁要比微米级氢氧化镁阻燃效果佳.且纳米级氢氧化镁阻燃的PP在燃烧过程中不会发生卷曲和熔滴现象.
In this paper Mg(OH)2 and red phosphorus as non-halogen flame-retardant additives for polypropylene (PP) were studied. The results showed that red phosphorus, Mg(OH)2 and Sb2O3 had good flame-retardant effect, and the diameter of Mg(OH)2 particles had influence on the flame-retardant performance for PP. The flame-retardance property of PP/nano-Mg(OH)2 system was better than that of PP/micro-Mg(OH)2 system. Furthermore, PP added with nano-Mg (OH)2 particles did not show melt dripping and curling behaviors during combustion.
