摘要
对恩施当地廉价的碳质页岩,进行煅烧后用作水泥混合材的实验研究。采用XRD研究了煅烧前后碳质页岩的矿物组成变化,通过水泥胶砂试验研究了煅烧温度、碳质页岩掺量对水泥力学性能的影响。研究表明,在一定范围内,随着煅烧温度的升高,碳质页岩的活性逐渐增加,可用做水泥混合材。其中,当经850°C的煅烧碳质页岩掺量为40%时,其制备的水泥28 d抗压强度达到37.9 MPa,完全满足PC32.5水泥标准。
The local cheap carbonaceous shale in Enshi Area was calcined for experiemental study of cement admixture. The change of mineral composition of carbonaceous shale in the calcination was studied by XRD, and the impacts of calcining temperature and carbo- naceous shale proportion on cement mechanical properties were researched by cement mortar experiment. The research shows that in a certain range, with the calcination temperature increasing, carbonaceous shale's activity gradually increase, which proved it can be used as cement admixture. And when the proportion of carbonaceous shale calcined at 850 ℃ is 40%, the 28 d compressive strength of prepared cement can reach 37.9 MPa, fully meets the standard of PC32.5 cement.
