摘要
以矿渣、锰渣、粉煤灰、黑页岩、石灰石按照不同的比例进行复掺研究了各物料对水泥强度的影响,并对正交试验水泥配方进行了优化。试验表明,当矿渣掺量为10%、锰渣为20%、粉煤灰为10%、黑页岩为5%、石灰石为5%时,可配制达到PC42.5强度标准的生态水泥;当矿渣掺量为10%、锰渣为30%、粉煤灰为10%、黑页岩为5%、石灰石为5%时,可配制达到PC32.5水泥强度标准的生态水泥。
The impact of admixture on cement strength was studied by adding different ratio of slag,manganese slag,fly ash,black shale and limestone, and the cement formula of orthogonal experiment was optimized. The results show that when the proportion of slag, manganese slag,fly ash,black shale and limestone is 10%,20%,10%,5% and 5% respectively, PC42.5 ecological cement will be prepared; and when the proportion is 10%,30%,10%,5% and 5% repectively, PC32.5 green cement will be prepared.
