摘要
对陕西镇安县地区硬页岩的毒匕学成分和矿物组成进行了分析,利用胶砂强度比试验法和火山灰活性试验法研究了不同煅烧温度下硬页岩的火山灰活性,并通过X射线衍射分析(XRD)和扫描电镜分析(SEM)等分析技术表明:在煅烧温度600-700℃范围有良好的火山灰活性,其火山灰活性可能来源于其中的粘土质矿物在煅烧时的热分解过程。确定最佳煅烧温度为650℃。可以作水泥活性混合材,从而为该地区水泥混合材的来源和运用开辟一条新的道路、
The chemical composition and mineral component of shale in Shaan-xi province are analyzed in this paper. The pozzolanic activity of burnt shale at different burnt temperature is investigated by the means of strength test and pozzolanic activiy test. Through XRD and SEM analyses, it is concluded that the cementitious activity of the burnt shale depends on the heat decomposition of shale. Therefore, it can be used as cement admixture, with good activity at 600 ℃ to 700 ℃, the suitable heating temperature being 650 ℃. This can be a new method of cement admixture in the region.
