摘要
目的:观察神经外科应用精细输液器静脉输注甘露醇与七叶皂甙钠等脱水药物预防静脉炎的效果。方法:将112例输注甘露醇和七叶皂甙钠脱水药的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,观察组使用精细过滤输液器,对照组使用普通输液器。结果:观察组静脉炎的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:使用精细过滤输液器静脉输注甘露醇与七叶皂甙钠等脱水药物,在预防静脉炎方面比普通输液器效果明显更好。
Objective：To observe the effect of prevention of phlebitis by applying the fine intravenous mannitol infusion and neurosurgery aescine sodium dehydration drugs.Method：112 cases of infusion of mannitol and dehydration medicine aescine sodium were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the observation group used fine filtering infusion,the control group used normal infusion.Result：The incidence of phlebitis in observation group was obviously lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of observation group in preventive phlebitis is better than the control group while infusion of mannitol and dehydration medicine aescine sodium.
