摘要
[目的]探讨应用精密过滤输液器预防阿霉素致静脉炎的效果。[方法]将2009年6月—2010年9月收治的985例应用阿霉素的病人分为对照组和实验组。对照组应用普通注射器直接静脉注射阿霉素,实验组应用普通注射器连接精密过滤输液器静脉注射阿霉素。[结果]实验组Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度静脉炎发生率明显低于对照组,静脉炎发生程度轻于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]精密过滤输液器预防阿霉素所致化学性静脉炎有良好的效果。
Objective：To probe into the effect of applying infusion set with precise filter to prevent phlebitis of patients induced by Adriamycin.Methods：A total of 985 patients from June 2009 to Sep.2010 accepting Adriamycin intravenous infusion were divided into control and test group rondomly according to the sequence of patients who received Adriamycin.Patients of control group accepted Adriamycin with ordinary syringe injection.Patients of test group accepted Adriamycin by adopting infusion set with precise filter.Results：In terms of the incidences of phlebitis,there were statistical significant differences between the two groups cases（P〈0.05）.The incidence of phlebitis in test group patients were significantly lower than that in the control group cases（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Infusion set with precise filter has good effect on the prevention of phlebitis for patients accepting intravenously infusion of Adriamycin.
