摘要
[目的]探讨老年脑血管病病人发生便秘的影响因素,为采取护理对策及健康指导提供科学的依据。[方法]采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及自行设计的老年脑血管病病人便秘相关调查表,对某"三级甲等"医院87例老年脑血管病病人进行问卷调查。[结果]87例脑血管病病人中发生便秘者41例,与年龄、饮水、饮食、运动、排便习惯等因素有关,同时受脱水药物应用情况及焦虑程度的影响。[结论]老年脑血管病病人发生便秘的因素多而复杂,应重视健康指导及早期干预。
Objective：To probe into influencing factors of elderly cerebrovascular disease patients with constipation,so as to provide some scientific bases for taking nursing countermeasures and health guidance.Methods：A total of 87 elderly inpatients from a third-grade class-A hospital were investigated by adopting self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-designed elderly cerebrovascular disease patients with constipation related questionnaire.Results：Among 87 cerebrovascular disease patients,41 cases developed constipation.It was related to factors including the age,drinking water,diet,exercises,bowel habits and so on.It was also influenced by application of dehydration drugs and the anxiety of patients.Conclusion：Factors of elderly cerebrovascular disease patients with constipation are multiple and complex.One should pay attention to health instruction and early intervention.
