摘要
采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定新疆栽培阿魏菇中的钾、钙和铁的含量。在最佳仪器条件下新疆栽培阿魏菇样品中钾、钙和铁的回收率分别为98．40％、99．14％、98．00％。该方法操作简单，快速，结果准确，可用于新疆人工栽培阿魏菇的检测。
The method for determination of potassium, calcium and iron in Heurotus ferulae by FAAS was studied. The recoveries of potassium, calcium and iron were respectively 98.40%, 99.14 % and 98.00% under the selected optimum conditions. The method has simple and rapid operation with accurate and stable results.
