摘要
用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)测定了湛江人工栽培佛手瓜中微量元素的含量,发现其钙、镁、铁、锌等元素的含量都比较丰富,并讨论了这些有益元素与人体健康的关系。
Trace elements in chayotes were determined by ICP-AES. The result showed that the content of calcium, magnesium, zinc and iron was abundant. The relation between these beneficial elements in body and health were discussed.
