摘要
建立了中药中多种有机磷农药残留量的毛细管气相色谱测定方法,样品以丙酮—石油醚(1+2)混合溶剂为提取剂,应用超声波提取,固相吸附层析柱净化(弗罗里硅土和中性氧化铝2∶1),采用GC—FPD法同时测定中药中多种有机磷农药残留量,检测限浓度为0.011-0.017μg/mL,方法回收率为84.5%-108.9%。该法简便、准确,能满足实际样品分析。
A method was developed for the determination of multi-organophosphor ous pesticide residuaes in traditional chinese medicines by capillary gas chromatography with FPD.The samples were treated with acetone-petroleumether (Volume ratio 1∶2),then extracted by ultrasonic device.The extracts were purified on activated florisil and neutral aluminum oxide column.The recoveries were 84.5%-108.9%,The detection limits were 0.011-0.017 μg/mL.The method was simple,accurate.
