摘要
分析了高校大型仪器设备绩效考核的3个难点,主要是考核指标难确定、考核标准难统一、考核内容难量化。以中国石油大学(华东)为例,针对这些难点和大型仪器设备管理的特点,介绍了大型仪器设备绩效考核的具体实施措施,分别对教学用仪器设备、科研用仪器设备和公共服务用仪器设备确定了绩效考核指标权重和量化绩效考核计算公式,并对绩效考核的结果做了进一步的分析。
According to the non-profit feature of university , the three main difficulties in the performance evaluation of the large-scale instruments and equipment ,which are how to confirm the quota and proportion system ,how to set the standard , how to quantify the performance , are discussed. Taking the China University of Petroleum (Huadong ) as an example , the specific procedure of performance evaluation is proposed. Finally ,this article further analyses the result of the performance evaluation .
