摘要
提出了搞好实验室工作的关键是领导的理念和认识。要抓住机遇推动实验室的建设,并提出加强队伍建设,创建品牌实验室,实验创新能力的培养应贯彻全过程等措施。
This article proposed that in order to do well in laboratory construction, its key is lader's idea and cognition. It is necessary to gtasp oppertunity to promote lab's construction. The article also put forward some measures to strengthen team construction, build branded laboratory, train students' innovative capability through whole process, and so on.
