摘要
以芦笋加工废弃老茎为原料提取总黄酮,可提高废弃物的资源化利用,变废为宝。利用微波辅助法提取芦笋老茎中的总黄酮,通过单因素及响应面试验确定主要影响因素的最优条件。研究结果表明最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度81.2%、料液比1∶41.59(g/mL)、微波功率300 W、微波温度78℃、微波时间9.83 min、提取次数2次。此条件下,所得总黄酮得率为5.33 mg/g。
The abundant asparagus old stems can be changed into valuables by extracting flavones from it. The extraction process of flavones from asparagus old stems was studied in this paper. The optimal conditions were determined by single factor experiments and response surface experiments:ethanol concentration of 81.2 %, solid-liquid ratio of 1:41.59 (g/mL), microwave power of 300 W, microwave temperature of 78℃, microwave time of 9.83 min,and extraction times of 2 times. And the extraction ratio under the optional chromatography condition was 5.33 mg/g.
