摘要
目的通过对乡镇卫生院院长的基本情况以及培训需求进行调查分析,为乡镇卫生院院长的选定、培训和素质提高提出政策性意见。方法本次调查的对象为吉林省通化市乡镇卫生院的院长(包括副院长),按照单纯逐级分层抽样的原则,按经济发展水平好、中、差各抽取1个县,再从每个县按经济好、中、差各抽取2个乡镇,共抽取18个乡镇,对每个乡镇的所有卫生院(含中心卫生院)进行调查。结果通过问卷调查发现乡镇卫生院院长性别比例男性高于女性,学历构成明显偏低,专业以临床专业为主;已接受培训的乡镇卫生院院长大部分都以短期培训的方式为主,大多数认为所接受的管理知识和技能并不能满足工作的需求。结论乡镇卫生院长的整体素质还不高,接受过系统卫生管理知识教育的较少。他们虽然大多是高、中等医学院校毕业,具备一定的医学知识,但往往缺少科学管理的知识和方法,缺乏服务的理念和经营的技能。
Objective Through the analysis and investigations on the basic situation and the training needs of the leaders of rural hospitals, it can put forward policy suggestions of improving the quality of training and selected of the leaders of rural hospitals .Meth-ods According to the principle of simply by stratified sampling ,each one county was selected according to the good ,medium and poor of the economic and two villages was selected from each county , a total of 18 villages and towns were selected to investigate all hospitals of each village .Results Through the survey found that the president of township hospital sex ratio of male is higher than female , edu-cation is obviously on the low side , degree in clinical professional;mainly has received training in township hospital dean mostly in the short-term training , they think the accepted management knowledge and skills can not meet the job requirements .Conclusion The overall quality of township health is not high ,received health management education system less .Although they are high , the secondary medical college graduate , have some medical knowledge , but often lack the knowledge and method of scientific management , lack of service concept and management skills .
