摘要
从保证城镇化进程健康发展的角度出发,基于压力—状态—响应(PSR)模型构建城市建设用地承载力测算指标体系,采用熵值法和多因素加权模型对2011年辽宁省城市建设用地承载力进行了测算。研究结果表明,辽宁省城市建设用地承载力水平整体不高,介于0.8—0.5之间,其中大连、沈阳、辽阳承载力水平相对较高,葫芦岛、朝阳相对较低。
In order to ensure the healthy development of urbanization process, the index system for research was build up based on pressure - state - response model (PSR). Then the entropy method and multi - factor model were used to calculate carrying capacity in 2011. The results showed that the carrying capacity for fourteen city were not high, between 0. 8 - O. 5. For improving the carrying capacity, the should be taken to guide population, industrial concentration, increase the urban basic facilities construction, prevent the excessive growth of urban development land, improve the efficiency of urban development land use, avoid the idle and waste of land resources.
