摘要
目的:观察探讨妈富隆联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合症的临床疗效。方法:将2009年10月至2012年6月期间接受我院收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者160例按照随机数字表格法分为观察组和对照组,每组80例,观察组患者给予妈富隆联合二甲双胍进行治疗,对照组患者仅给予妈富隆进行治疗,两组患者分别治疗三个周期后对比观察两组患者治疗前后黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、黄体生成素/促性腺激素(LH/FSH)、腰臀比值(WHR)和体重指数(BMI),并观察两组患者治疗后月经稀少、痤疮、多毛的改善情况。结果:经过三个周期的治疗后两组患者各项激素水平及临床表现均有一定的改善,但观察组患者的黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、黄体生成素/促性腺激素(LH/FSH)、腰臀比值(WHR)和体重指数(BMI)明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者月经稀少、痤疮、多毛的发生率显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗多囊卵巢综合征时应用妈富隆的基础上联合使用二甲双胍能够明显改善患者的内分泌状况,具有较好的临床效果,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy explore the Marvelon metformin polycystic ovary syndrome（ PCOS）. Method： 160 cases of patients with PCOS were selected from our hospital from Oct.2009 to Jun. 2012. According to the random number table the patients were divided into observation group and control group,and 80 cases were in each group. The observation group was treated with Marvelon metformin treatment,and the patients of the control group were treated only with Marvelon. After three cycles of treatment,compared the patients of the two groups of luteinizing hormone（ LH）,testosterone（ T）,luteinizing hormone / gonadotropin（ LH / FSH）,waist-to-hip ratio（ WHR） and body mass index（ BIM）,and observed the two groups of patients rare menstruation,acne,hirsutism improve of the situation. Results： The hormone levels of the two groups of patients had some improvement after three cycles of treatment. but the observation group of patients with luteinizing hormone（ LH）,testosterone（ T）,luteinizing hormone / gonadotropin（ LH / FSH）,waist-to-hip ratio（ WHR） and body mass index（ BIM） were significantly smaller than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P＆lt;0.05）; the rare menstruation,acne and hirsutism of the observation group were significantly less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion： The application of Marvelon based on joint use of metformin can significantly improve the endocrine of patients in the treatment of PCOS,and it can have better clinical results,it is worth to be popularized in clinical applications.
