摘要
目的探讨妈富隆及二甲双胍联合治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的疗效。方法93例PCOS患者随机分为妈富隆组、二甲双胍组及妈富隆与二甲双胍联合用药组,每组各31例。比较用药前及用药12周后卵巢刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)、空腹血糖(FBG)及空腹胰岛素(FI)的变化。结果治疗12周后,妈富隆组治疗前后FSH、FBG0h、FBG1 hF、BG2 h、FI 0 h、FI1 hF、I2 h无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后LH、T均低于治疗前,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);二甲双胍组治疗前后FSH、LHF、BG0 h、T无显著性差异(P>0.05),FBG1 hF、BG2 h、FI0 hF、I1 h、FI2 h治疗后均低于治疗前,差异且具有显著性(P<0.05);妈富隆与二甲双胍联合用药组治疗前后FSH、FBG0h无显著性差异(P>0.05),FBG1 h、FBG2 h、FI0 hF、I1 h、FI2 h、T、LH治疗后均低于治疗前,且差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论妈富隆联合二甲双胍治疗PCOS较单用妈富隆或二甲双胍效果好,是目前治疗PCOS的理想方法。
Objective To study the effect of combined marvelon and metformin in treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome （PCOS）. Methods Ninety - three patients with PCOS were randomized to receive marvelon alone, metformin alone or combined marvelon and metformin respectively, Each group contained 31 patients. Follicle - stimulating hormone （FSH）, luteinizing hormone （LH）, testosterone （T）, fasting blood glucose （FBG）, fasting insulin （FI） were compared before and after a 12 - week period therapy, Results After a 12 - week period therapy, in the marvelone group, FSH, FBG Oh, FBG lh, FBG 2h, FI Oh, FI lh and FI 2h had no significant change （P〉0.05）, LH and T decreased significantly （P〈0.05） in the metformin group, FSH, LH, FBG Oh and T had no significant change （ P 〉 0.05）, but FBG 1 h, FBG 2h, FI Oh, FI 1h and FI 2h decreased significantly （P〈0.05） ; in the combined group, FSH and FBG Oh had no significant change （P〉0.05）, but FBG 1h, FBG 2h, FI Oh, FI 1h, FI 2h, T and LH decreased significantly （P〈0. 05）, Conclusion Combined marvelon and metformin therapy is more effective than marvelon or metformin alone in treatment of PCOS, and this is the ideal treatment of PCOS by nowadays.
