高压氧联合头痛宁胶囊治疗偏头痛疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨高压氧联合头痛宁胶囊治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法将66例偏头痛病人随机分为两组,对照组服用头痛宁胶囊,治疗组加用高压氧治疗,两组基础治疗相同,对比分析两组间的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为91.18%,高于对照组的78.12%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组显效时间为(4.26±2.12)d,对照组显效时间为(8.63±2.28)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高压氧联合头痛宁胶囊在抑制偏头痛发作的机制中起到了协同作用,提高了疗效。
