摘要
用国产丁螺环酮与阿米替林治疗抑郁症８０例，通过随机双盲对照观察，结果显示：两药疗效相近，丁螺环酮组显效时间较阿米替林组晚，副反应丁螺环酮组较阿米替林组少且轻微。
double-blind controll trial of therapeutic effect between buspirone and amitriptyline was conducted in 80 cases depression.The results showed that the therapeutic effect of home-made buspirone was similar to amitriptyline.The effective time of buspirone is slower than amitriptyline. The side effects of buspirone is smaller and lighterthan amitriptyline.
