摘要
讨论什么是中国情境、情境化的内涵、以及如何从事情境化的中国管理理论研究;提出"现象驱动"和"理论-启发"2种思路来引导学者们进行深度情境化的中国管理理论研究;建议开展深度情境化基础上的中国管理理论研究的渐进式路径。最后,分析了更广泛意义上的管理学界的交流和对话问题,借此引发中国管理学研究者更多的相关思考,以丰富和充实情境化的中国管理学研究。
This paper firstly discusses what is the Chinese context and contextualization, and how to conduct contextualized Chinese management theory research. Then it proposes the "phenomenon- driven" and "theory-inspiring" as two ways of thinking to direct scholars to do contextualized Chinese management theory research and suggests a progressive path for creating Chinese management theory. Finally, the paper discusses the importance of communication between scholars from different back- grounds in order to provoke the thoughts of researchers doing contextualized study and to enrich Chi- nese management research.
