摘要
本土研究不仅有利于地方知识的创新,也有利于全球知识的累积。从合法性和方法论2个方面讨论了本土研究面临的挑战,建议在本土研究中采用投入型学术研究模型,并讨论了该模型在未来研究中可能遇到的问题及其解决策略。
Indigenous researches benefit both local knowledge innovation and global knowledge ac- cumulation. This paper clarifies the difficulties faced by indigenous management researchers in China including legitimacy cause and methodological cause, and proposes the adoption of an engaged scholar- ship diamond model in indigenous researches. The problems and solutions of this model in the future application are also discussed.
