摘要
通过比较分析国民经济动员学不同研究纲领的问题背景和学科基础,作者认为:国民经济动员学属于管理学科的范畴,其学科体系以管理科学的决策理论为核心,以相关经济学的研究范式为依据,以提高动员敏捷性为关键研究路径。文章澄清了国民经济动员学的学科归属和学科体系的问题,这是该学科发展的基础工作。
By a comparative analysis of the relevant synopsis backgrounds and the base of the discipline, this paper indicates that Science of National Economic Mobilization belongs to the category of management science; its discipline system is centered round the decision theory of management and is based on the relevant models of economic study; and its key way for the research is how to heighten the mobilization celerity. This paper has clarified the relevant category and system of the science, which is the basic work for the development of this discipline.
