摘要
对亚洲广布种日本弓背蚁 (Camponotusjamponicus)进行了营养成分分析 .结果显示 ,其体内含水量为 6 5 .47%±0 .5 3 % ,粗灰分为 6 .5 2 %± 0 .35 % ,总糖为 2 .37%± 0 .43% ,粗脂肪为 14.0 2 %± 0 .6 4% .在其 8种主要脂肪酸中 ,不饱和脂肪酸含量为 82 .45 5 % ,其中油酸C11 8为 5 1.884% ,棕榈油酸C11 6 为 11.30 2 % ,花生烯酸C12 0 为 6 .997% ,亚油酸C21 8为 8.881% ,亚麻酸C31 8为 3 .391% ,豆蔻酸C01 4 为 0 .86 1% ,软脂酸C01 6 为 12 .6 48% ,硬脂酸C01 8为 4.0 37% .由此认为 ,日本弓背蚁是一种不逊色于双齿多刺蚁的食物资源 .
Trace minerals element component, sugar,fat acid and amino acid component of Camponotus jamponicus were analyzed and compared with those of several insects and foods. The results indicate that Camponotus jamponicus is excellent complement food for human and an essential food resources.
