室内过冬对日本弓背蚁生活力的影响试验 被引量:1

摘要 研究室内过冬对日本弓背蚁生活力的影响,统计法测定了其存活力的变化,分光光度计比色法测定了野生蚁及低温处理蚁超氧化物歧化酶(SO D)、过氧化物酶(PO D)等指标.结果表明:秋季采集的日本弓背蚁,经过9个月的人工养殖,发现蚁在冬季室温下还在不断采食,并未休眠;春末夏初的蚁和野外过冬的蚁同时出现婚飞现象,但并未有新的蚁后产卵,对蚁解剖后发现体内积聚大量白色脂肪.持续0℃低温实验中,室内过冬蚁存活率(21.4%)低于野生蚁(31.8%).和野生蚁相比,经养殖和低温处理后蚁体内酶活性表现出同样的趋势:SO D活力有所下降,PO D活力有所上升;低温处理时室内过冬蚁体内酶活性变化幅度为l~3倍,而野生蚁则在10倍以上.这说明蚁经人工养殖后,不仅未增加繁殖机会,还导致了体质下降. The influence on physiques of Camponotus japonicus which were kept indoors in winter was studied. Their survival rate was counted. The activity of SOD and POD was tested by spectrophoto-meter. The ants were picked up in autumn and raised indoors for 9 months. The results showed that the ants kept on constant eating without winter sleep when they were kept indoors above 10 ℃ in winter. In late spring and early summer, they shared the same rhythm-nuptial flight with the wild ones. Though there was full of fat when their bodies were cut open, but there was a little difference between them: the ones living indoors in winter didn't own new queens. The activity of their protecting enzyme(SOD and POD) was tested, the former went down while the latter went up. The same trend was found in the adversity experiment while both of ants were kept at 0℃for 248 hours until some began to die, the ones living indoors in winter had a lower survival rate, and their activity of enzyme varied 1- 3 times, not so drastically as the ones outdoors which varied about 10 times.
