摘要
笔者针对方形密封圈的缺陷进行结构优化,并采用ANSYS软件进行建模分析,模拟动密封中的各个参数。分析了在动密封中工作介质压力和往复运动速度对优化后方形密封圈von Mises应力、接触压力的影响,且利用MATLAB绘制了分析结果曲线图;从而证明了优化的可行性及优化的意义。
The structural optimization of the defective square sealing ring was conducted, and ANSYS was applied to build the model and carry out the analysis so as to simulate the parameters of dynamic sealing. In addition, the influences of working medium pressure and reciprocating velocity on von Mises stress and contactpress of the optimized square sealing ring during dynamic sealing process were analyzed, and MATLAB was applied to plot the curves of analysis results, which verified the feasibility and significance of the optimization.
