摘要
根据金属圆管试验装置的承压及密封要求,设计了可满足真空及充高压要求的密封结构。并就密封圈的选取及密封槽的设计方法进行了详细论述,通过实验装置中的关键零件强度分析以及后续实验验证表明,设计的密封结构合理,装配简便,真空及充压密封性能均满足试验要求。
In accordance with the seal requirement of the high-pressure detonation waves metallic tubes, the seal structure satisfy both vacuum and high-pressure condition was designed. The project of the seal ring and seal channel, the strength analysis were presented. According the result of the test, the designed structure is simple and convenient, it can be used for the vacuum and high-pressure metallic tubes test.
