摘要
以密封球阀的密封结构为基础,论述了球阀密封面模型的简化方法。以ANSYS WorkBench有限元分析软件为工具,对球阀密封面进行分析并得出密封比压的分布规律,同时比较了理论值与有限元分析值之间的差异,可以更好地评价球阀的密封性能。
The ways of simplify the ball valve＇s seal face are introducd based on the ball valve＇s seal structare. Using the finite element ANSYS WorkBench,the ball valve＇s seal face is analyzed and give the distributing law of the seal pressure ,and compare the different and similar between the theories value and an analytical value,so can estimate the performance of the ball valve.
