离心式通风机叶片气固两相流变工况磨损试验研究 被引量:1

Test study on abrasion of blade of centrifugal fan in various gas-solid two phase flow modes

摘要 对不同工况下的离心通风机进行了叶片磨损试验,找到变工况下通风机内部流场的流动特性与磨损特性,并以此为依据,找出降低通风机叶片磨损的最优工况。通过选择合适的运行工况,可以降低叶轮磨损,有效提高含尘通风机的使用寿命。 The test for the abrasion of the blade in the centrifugal fan in various operation modes were conducted, and the flowing and abrasion characteristics of the inner flow field of the fan in various operation modes were discovered. Based on which, the optimal operation mode where the blade abrasion reduced were identified. By selecting suitable operation mode, the blade abrasion reduced and the lifespan of the dust- containing fan prolonged effectively.
