摘要
采用通用计算流体力学软件Fluent对某9-26型风机内部气固两相流进行了三维数值模拟,模拟结果显示了风机出口固相浓度的不均匀性,与实验测量结果一致。数值模拟表明,风机本身的离心力以及蜗壳内气流的夹带作用,导致固体颗粒向风机蜗壳的外侧面、后侧面聚集,该现象可以用于改善风机出口的颗粒分离。
The particle-gas two-phase flow in the high-pressure centrifugal blower of 9-26type was simulated three dimensionally with computational fluid dynamics Fluent. The result of the simulation showed the inhomogeneity of panicle concentration at outlet of the exhauster, which agrees well with the measurement results. Panicles enrichment near the outside and rear side of the volute casing is caused by the centrifugal force and the flow entrainment according to the simulation prediction. This phenomena could be used to improve the particles separation at the outlet of fan.
