摘要
对含尘离心风机变工况运行与叶片磨损关系作了系统的分析,用Lagrange法计算了变工况运行时固粒在叶轮流道中的运动轨迹和叶片表面磨损状况,发现转速变化对大粒径粒子运动产生较大影响,流量变化对小粒径粒子运动产生较大影响,流量、转速同步调节时叶轮磨损形态具有“相仿性”。
The blade erosion conditions under nonrated operation conditions were systematically investigated in centrifugal fans with particulates. The flow traces of particulates in centrifugal fans and the blade erosion were calculated by using Lagrange method. The calculated results show that the veriety of rotational speed makes important infection on larger particulates and the veriety of mass flow makes important infection on smaller particulates. It was also found that the erosion conditions of impellers show the similarity when the rotational speed and mass flow were concurrent adjustee.
