摘要
塔里木油田地质构造复杂,油气埋藏普遍偏深,深井、超深井钻井工艺复杂,套管柱结构多样,如何检测钻井和后续开发造成的套管磨损和腐蚀情况,成为测井工程的一大难题。为了解决该难题,油田引进了最新一代的固井质量评价仪Isolation Scanner,该仪器通过脉冲回波测量和挠曲波衰减测量,可对套管结构进行检测,同时对套管磨损、腐蚀及套管居中情况进行定量评价。详细介绍了Isolation Scanner仪器的工作原理,并介绍了该仪器在塔里木油田套管检测方面的应用情况,通过实例分析认为该仪器的应用效果良好。
The geologic structure of Tarim Oilfield was complex and the hydrocarbon reservoirs were buried deeply.Well drilling technology of deep and ultra-deep wells was complex and the structures of casing string were various.How to detect the casing damage and corrosion caused by well drilling or development operation became a great problem of well logging project.To solve the problem,a new generation of cementing quality evaluation tool Isolation Scanner was adopted for assessment of the casing damage.Casings detection was performed through impulse backward wave and flexural wave attenuation measurements,at the same time,the wearing,corrosion and the centering of casings were evaluated quantitatively.The operation principle and field application of Isolation Scanner in Tarim Oilfield are introduced.Case study shows that good result is obtained in application.
