摘要
仅根据套管波幅度曲线评价固井质量的方法只适合于典型的水泥胶结状况和理想的固井质量测井条件。对于大多数实际情况来说,由于固井质量测井响应要受到地层孔渗性能、水泥候凝时间、候凝方式和套管尺寸等多种因素的影响,因此不能仅根据某一种测井信息(不管它多么重要)来评价固井质量,而应以固井质量测井为主,视具体情况参考固井、钻井、地质资料和其他测井数据对固井质量进行多信息综合评价。文中在对影响固井质量测井响应的主要因素进行分析的基础上,讨论了固井质量多信息综合评价技术和方法。
The method to evaluate cement job quality only based on the casing amplitude log is only suitable to the typical cement bond conditions and the ideal conditions for cement bond logging. Usually, the cement bond logging responses are influenced and interfered by a series of factors such as the properties of the formation porosity and perm eability, WOC time, WOC procedure, the casing size and so on. Therefore, cement job quality evaluation cannot be based only on one kind of cement bond logging curve, regardless of how important the curve is. We should do the cement job quality evaluation comprehensively, considering some other important data such as data of open-hole logging, cementing, drilling, geology and so on. Based on the analyzing of main influence factors, the technology and method of the multinformation comprehensive evaluation for cement job quality has been discussed.
