32臂井径成像测井仪在孤岛油田的应用

摘要 32臂井径成像测井仪采用分层设计思路,具有外径小、测点多和可成像等功能。文章介绍了32臂井径成像测井仪的结构、测量原理和技术特点。矿场应用结果表明,该仪器可以准确地识别各种套损类型并判断损坏程度, 具有测量精度高、解释成果直观的特点,便于准确分析套损机理,能够为油水井修井工作提供技术支持。 The 32-finger imaging caliper logging unit possessed characteristics of small external diameter, multiple measuring points, imaging, etc taking the idea of hierarchical design. Structure, measurement principle and technical features of the 32-finger imaging caliper logging unit were introduced in the paper. The field application showed that the logging unit could accurately i-dentify all types of casing damage and measure its degree of damage. Higher precision and its visual interpretative result of the 32-finger imaging caliper logging unit were easy to analyze the casing damage mechanism and can offer technical support for the workover job in the oil-water wells.
