摘要
研究了合成苹果酯 -B过程中的无机盐类固体酸的催化活性。通过考察酸种类、用量对转化率、选择性的影响 ,选出两种盐类 :Al2 (SO4 ) 3·18H2 O ,以Mn +计用量 2 .5 %~4.4% (摩尔比 )时 ,反应 1~ 1.5h ,苹果酯 -B的产率达 94%以上 ;当CuCl2 ·2H2 O用量仅为 0 .9% ,同样反应时间 ,苹果酯-B的产率达 99%以上。通过中毒实验得出Lewis酸和Bronsted酸均为催化活性中心。另外 ,还讨论了
This paper reports the study on solid acids for synthesis of apple ester-B(E).After the activation of many kinds of inorganic salt are researched,two fine kinds of acid catalysts are obtained:alumium sulfate and copper(Ⅱ) chloride,dihydrate.Their appropritate amounts are 2.5%~4.4% and 0.9% (molar ratio of M n + and reagent),and reaction time are 1~1.5 hours under reflux temprature. Under optimum conditions the yield of E is above 94% and 99% respectively. The poisoned experiments of acid-site show that Lewis acid-site and Bronsted acid-site are active for the synthesis of E,besides,the constant conversion is discussed under 72 ℃.
