摘要
用多种氯化物催化合成苹果酯和苹果酯－Ｂ，发现无水三氯化铝和三氯化铁是合成苹果酯和苹果酯－Ｂ的良好催化剂，氯化物催化活性序为：三氯化铝＞三氯化铁＞氯化铜＞氯化锌。
Fructose and Fructose B were synthesized with various chlorides as the catalyst.It was found that anhydrous AlCl 3 and FeCl 3·6H 2O are good catalysts for synthesizing fructose and fructose B.The order of catalytical activity of the chlorides is:AlCl 3>FeCl 3·6H 2O>CuCl 2·2H 2O>ZnCl 2.
