摘要
本文设计的基于DeviceNet的钢带真空连续镀膜控制系统,给出了系统的主要构成部分,介绍了DviceNet的协议和特点及其在钢带真空连续镀膜控制系统的具体网络配置。应用表明,使用DeviceNet能降低配线成本,维护也比较方便,系统运行比较稳定、可靠,能有效提高生产效率。
This paper designed steel belt vacuum coating continuous control system based on DeviceNet.It gave the main part of the system,introduced the protocol and characteristics of DeviceNet and speciifc network conifguration of DeviceNet in steel belt vacuum coating continuous control system.The application shows that the use of DeviceNet can reduce the cost of wiring cost,make the maintenance convenient,make the system operate stable,reliable,and can effectively improve production efifciency.
