摘要
谷胱甘肽除具有抗氧化、清除自由基的细胞保护作用外 ,在中枢神经系统中的作用也逐渐明确。文章就其最新药理学研究进展和临床应用现状进行了综述。
In addition to the cytoprotective effects as antioxidant and free radical scavenger , important functional roles for glutathione in the central nervous system are being identified . Here reviewed were recent progress in its pharmacological research and current events of its clinical application .
