摘要
依据航空行星减速器的结构特征,考虑各构件沿三坐标方向的线振动和绕轴线的角振动,建立了行星减速器的多刚体多自由度的振动系统模型,推导了该振动系统的动力学微分方程,分析了齿轮副的啮合刚度及综合啮合误差的激励表达式。通过对振动方程的数值求解,研究了行星减速器在参数激励与传动激励下的振动特性,得出了航空行星减速器在工作过程中,容易发生支承共振和齿轮扭转共振的结论。
A dynamic multi-freedom multi-body model of aircraft planetary transmission is established according to its design features,as well as involves three linear and one angular vibrations of its components.The governing cquations of this model are derived by means of Lagrange theorem.Through analysing and calculating the mesh stiffness and the mesh assemble errors of gears,the dynamic equations are successfully solved by numerical method.The dynamlc transmission errors and dynamic load factors are obtained,and the variations of the dynamic load factors with the rotating speed are demonstrated.
