摘要
目的探讨牛磺酸对运动力竭时大鼠心肌损伤的保护作用。方法以大鼠力竭运动为模型,研究了牛磺酸对血清和心肌中四碘甲腺原氨酸 (T4)和三碘甲腺原氨酸 (T3)及心肌中 T45'-脱单碘酶 (T45'- DI)活性的影响。结果力竭运动可造成血清和心肌中 T3水平显著升高, T4水平无显著性改变,心肌中 T45'- DI活力显著升高。而补充牛磺酸可显著抑制上述改变。结论牛磺酸对力竭运动时大鼠心肌甲状腺激素代谢的良好影响是牛磺酸抗力竭运动后大鼠心肌损伤的又一原因。
Objective To probe into protective action of taurine against exhaustive,exercise induced myocardial damage in rats.Methods Using the model of exhaustive exercise,the present study researches into the effects of taurine on the content of thyroid hormone(T3,T4)in serum and myocardium as well as T45'- DI activity in myocardium of rats.Results The content of T3 in serum and myocardium,T45'- DI activity in myocardium were significantly increased(P< 0.01)while that of T4 in serum and myocardium had no significantly changed after exhaustive exercise,the supplement of taurine might significantly inhabits the changes.Conclusion Taurine could protect myocardium from exhaustive exercises induced damage by inhabiting hypermetabolism of thyroid hormone.
