摘要
用克山病病区粮饲养动物,观察心肌内甲状腺激素代谢的改变并探讨其对克山病心肌病变的意义。结果病区粮组:1.心肌T15’—脱单碘酶活性降低;2.心肌组织内源T3含量减少;3.心肌线粒体α—磷酸甘油脱氢酶(α—GPD)活性下降;4.心肌内心钠素含量增加;5.心肌组织内自由基代谢紊乱。上述改变当补充Se和/或VE后均可恢复至正常。表明:克山病病区粮饲料中的致病因素能够导致心肌甲状腺激素的代谢紊乱,并使心肌处于甲状腺激素功能不足状态,在纠正致病因素如补Se和VE后,可明显改善这种紊乱状态,提示心肌内甲状腺激素的代谢紊乱与克山病病区粮饲料中的致病因素Se和VE的缺乏有关。此外,自由基代谢紊乱也是其改变机制之一。
In this paper ,writter investigated the changes of thyroid hormone metabolism in myocardial tis- sue of the rat fed on the grain from a Keshan Disease (KD) endemic area. Rats fed on the grain from the KD endemic area displayed a significantly low activity of myocardial T45'一monodeiodinase,a marked less content of myocxrdial inner T3(En T3),a remarkable reduced activity of myocardial mitochodria α一glycerophos te dehydrogenase(α一GPD),a striking increased content of myocardial artrial natriuretlc polypeptide(ANP)and the metabolic disorder of free radical in myocardial tissue. Aboved changes can been recovared by supplenient- ing selenium(Se)and/or vitaniine(VE) to the endemic diet. There results showedth that the pathogenic fac- tors existed in the grain KD of andemic area can bring about the metabolic disorder of thvroid hormone in my- ocardium andcan can result in the functional insufficient state of thvroid hormone. The disorder state can been distinctly improved by rectifying the pathogenic factors of KD,such as the supplement of Seand VE.It drawes that the metabolic disorder of thyroid hormone in myocardium is related to the pathogeilic factors the deficiency of both Se and VE in the feed of KD endemic ares. In addition, the metabolic disorder of the free radical may attribute to the altered thvroid horrnone metabolism in mvocardium,
