摘要
目的 探讨利培酮对精神分裂症患者记忆的影响。方法 36例精神分裂症住院患者给予利培酮治疗。采用简明精神病量表 (BPRS)和修订韦氏记忆量表进行评定。结果 利培酮能显著改善精神分裂症患者的精神症状及记忆功能；治疗后 BPRS总分较治疗前明显降低 (P 0． 01)，而记忆商数 (MQ)分较治疗前明显提高 (P< 0． 01)。结论利培酮明显改善精神分裂症患者记忆功能。
Objective To research the influence of risperidone on memory of schizophrenic patients.Methods 36 schizophrenic patients were treated with Risperidone.BPRS and WMS－ RC were used before and after treatment. Results Risperidone significantly improved the severity of psychotic symptomes and memory function of schizophrenic patients.BPRS total score was significantly decreased after treatment(P< 0.01). Conclusion Risperidone can effectively improve memory function of schizophrenic patients. < 0.01). Conclusion Risperidone can effectively improve memory function of schizophrenic patients.
