摘要
目的:了解在社区中对精神分裂症患者及监护人经过心理社会干预后的效果。方法 :在城乡一体的社区内对精神分裂症患者及监护人进行3年的心理干预追踪随访。结果 :干预组患者的家庭职能、社交能力、社会功能、生活质量、复发率和监护人的心理状态改善明显好于对照组。结论 :坚持对精神分裂症患者及监护人的长期心理社会干预 ,有利于促进精神康复、减少复发。
Objective:To study effects of psychosocial intervention on schizophrenia and caregiver in community .Methods:The authors performed a three year follow up study on schizophrenic patients and their caregiver in community.Results:The family function ,ability of social intercourse,social function,quality of life,psycho status of caregiver in intervention group were significantly more than that in control group.The rates of relapse was lower in intervention than that in control group. Conclusion :Insist of long term psychosocial intervention on schizophrenic patients and caregivers would promote mental rehabilitation,reduce the rates of relapse and stabilize social.
