摘要
目的 :了解父母人格及教养方式对精神分裂症发病的影响。 方法 :采用定式问卷的方法 ,对 60例精神分裂症患者及其父母分别进行艾森克个性问卷 ( EPQ)及父母教养方式问卷评定 ( EMBU)。随机抽取社区健康人 60例及其父母作为对照。 结果 :L ogistic多元逐步回归分析显示 :父亲组进入方程的分别为 P(精神质 )、FSS1(情感温暖与理解 )、FSS2 (惩罚、严厉 )和 FSS5(拒绝、否认 )。母亲组进入方程的分别为 P(精神质 )、N(情绪稳定性 )、MSS1(情感温暖与理解 )、MSS3(拒绝、否认 )和 MSS4 (惩罚、严厉 )。 结论 :精神分裂症患者父亲的拒绝。
Objective:To study the effect of parental personality and education on the onset of schizophrenia. Method:It was evaluated the subjects by using Eysenck personality questionnaire (EPQ) and egna minnen barndoms uppfostran (EMBU).There were 60 patients and their parents in research group,60 normal subjects and their parents in control group.All parents in both groups had to fill out EPQ,while the patients and control subjects had to fill out EMBU. Results:Logistic multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that onset of schizophrenia was related to the factor P,FSS1,FSS2,FSS5 of the fathers EMBU and EPQ, and N,P,MSS1,MSS3,MSS4 of the mothers EMBU and EPQ. Conclusion:Refusal of fathers, neurosis (N) as well as psychosis (P) of markers were important to the onset of schizophrenia.
