摘要
为探讨丹参、丹参加黄芪对脑缺血时内皮细胞分泌ET - 1的影响 ,将 30例急性脑梗塞患者用丹参注射液加黄芪注射液静脉滴注 ,2 0例单用丹参注射液静脉滴注 ,观察两组治疗前后血浆ET - 1含量 ;比较丹参和丹参加黄芪对A/RHUVECS 分泌ET - 1的影响。结果 :两组血浆ET - 1含量治疗前无显著差异 ,治疗后丹参加黄芪组明显下降 ,两组比较P <0 .0 5。体外培养发现在缺氧复氧时 ,丹参加黄芪组比丹参组更明显地减少ET - 1的释放 ,在对抗缺氧复氧损伤方面 ,丹参加用黄芪后作用更强。
To investigate the mechanism of ET-1 in the genesis and development of cerebral ischemia,30 patients with acute cerebral infarction were treated by intravenous drip of Salvia and Astragalus injection(treatment group)and another 20 patients by mere Salvia injection(control group).In the two groups,the content of serum ET-1 and condition of HUVEC releasing ET-1 respectively before and after treatment were observed.Results showed that the contents of ET-1 before treatment in the two groups were similar,but they dropped greatly after treatment in treatment group(P<005);culture in vitro showed that in the presence of anoxia and reoxygenation,the ET-1 was released obviously less in treatment group than in control group,which indicated that Salvia was better effective against the injury due to anoxia and reoxygenation after coordinating with Astragalus.
