摘要
目的 观察丹参液与黄芪液合用对冠心病患者血液流变学及超声心动图射血分数 (EF)的影响。方法 将 4 0名冠心病患者随机分为两组 ,采用丹参液 (对照组 )及丹参液与黄芪液合用 (研究组 )治疗并分别进行治疗前后全血粘度、血浆粘度、血细胞比容、血小板聚集率、纤维蛋白原及射血分数的测定。结果 研究组冠心病患者血液流变学指标及心脏射血分数与对照组间差别均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 丹参液与黄芪液合用可增加心脏射血量 。
Objective To observe the effects of the combination of Danshen injection and Huangqi injection on the cardic patients′ hemorheology and ultrasonic cardiogram ejection fraction.Methods 40 cardic patients were divided into two groups at random,the Danshen injection group(control group) and Danshen injection combined Huangqi injection group(test group).The blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,packed cell volume,platelet aggregation rate,fibrinogen and ejection fraction statistic in two groups were determined.Results The combination of Danshen injection and Huangqi injection is superior to Danshen injection on decreasing the hemorheology numeric value and increasing the ultrasonic cardiogram ejection fraction(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Danshen injection and Huangqi injection can increase ejection fraction and improve cardic function.
