摘要
目的:观察吴茱萸汤合四逆汤加味联合硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗中重度癌性疼痛的临床疗效。方法:将有明确病理诊断、伴发癌性疼痛、中医辨证为三阴伏寒的59例肿瘤患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例给予吴茱萸汤合四逆汤加味联合硫酸吗啡缓释胶囊治疗;对照组29例给予硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗,疗程为1个月。结果:在减低中医症候积分、改善生存质量、降低吗啡类药物的使用量、纠正吗啡类药物毒副反应等方面2组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。2组疼痛缓解率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:吴茱萸汤合四逆汤加味联合硫酸吗啡缓释片治疗中重度癌性疼痛疗效显著。
Objective：To survey curative effects of morphine sulfate sustained release tablets combined with modified WuZhuYu Tang and SiNi Tang in treating moderate and severe cancer pain. Methods：All 59 patients with obvious pathological diagnosis, associated with cancer pain and differentiated as the cold staying in three Yin meridians were randomized into two groups. 30 cases of the treatment group were administered with morphine sulfate sus-tained release tablets, modified WuZhuYu Tang and SiNi Tang;29 cases of the control group took morphine sulfate sustained release tablets, one course of the treatment was one months. Results： The comparisons between both groups had statistical difference in relieving TCM symptom scale, improving life quality, reducing the dosage of morphine-like drugs and correcting the toxicity of morphine-like drugs, the treatment group was superior to the con-trol group （P〈0.05）. There was insignificant difference in relieve rate of the pain between both groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：modified WuZhuYu Tang and SiNi Tang are effective in treating moderate and severe cancer pain.
