摘要
目的:观察加味乌头汤加减治疗癌性疼痛的效果。方法:将癌性疼痛患者60例按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各30例,对照组口服盐酸羟考酮缓释片,2次/d,20 mg/次,连续治疗4周为1个疗程,治疗期间可根据病情变化适当调整剂量。研究组以加味乌头汤为基础方加减治疗,连续治疗4周为1个疗程。1个疗程后比较2组治疗效果。结果:2组患者治疗后疼痛VAS评分、生活质量评分均有明显改善(P<0.05),研究组改善更明显(P<0.05)。结论:采取加味乌头汤治疗癌性疼痛可以更好地改善患者疼痛症状,提高患者生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the effects of modified WuTou decoction in treating cancerous pain.Methods:Sixty patients were divided into the control group and the experiment group according to random number table method,30cases each group,the control group took oxyxodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets,twice per day,20mg each time,treating for four weeks continuously was one course,the dose should be adjusted appropriately according to pathological changes during therapeutic period.The experiment group was treated by modified WuTou decoction,treating for four week continuously was one course.Therapeutic effects of both groups were compared after one course.Results:Pain VAS scores and the scores of quality of life in both groups after treating improved notably(P<0.05),the improvements of the experiment group were more remarkable(P<0.05).Conclusion:The patients suffering cancerous pain who were treated with modified WuTou decoction could improve pain symptoms and quality of life of the patients.
